     We want our customers to be happy.  As parents, we would be miserable if we spent money on a moonbounce, but couldn’t use it.  That is why we have created a parent-friendly cancellation policy that most other rental companies won’t or can’t extend to you.

     Our Promise:  If there is a 50% chance of rain for your rain date, and you contact us by 6:00 p.m. the night before your event, we will cheerfully refund your deposit and cancel your event. 

     If it’s a 40% chance and you want to wait until the morning of the party to decide, call us the night before and let us know.   We’re flexible!

     After all, you can’t control the weather!
